The Canadian civil legal system is broken, outdated, obsolete, penalizes the middle class and is in need of a major overhaul. This blog provides a forum for people who have been victimized by this antiquated and expensive way of settling civil disputes. There has to be a better process for people of modest means that does not entail them using their life savings or using up the equity in their home to pay for legal fees that even in a humble case can run into tens of thousands of dollars.
